Return Policy

Our goal is your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your item(s) you may return it. Costumers may return any eligible Item(s) that are unworn, unused, with original tag still attached within 7 days of delivery date. 
Items are not eligible for return if they have been worn, washed, or the tag has been removed.                
      
Return Process:
Please email us at hello@dianamaes.co and include the following information to begin the return process:
   - Include: “Return” in the subject line.
   - Include: the order number (found on invoice).
   - Include: item number (found on invoice).
   - Include: Return reason 

**Once DM has approved your return, a shipping label will be emailed to you. DM must receive your returned item within 7 days of issuing a return label. A return will be refunded to the card used during payment once the item has been received and approved.
 
Exchanges:
Items may be exchanged for a different size (if in stock) or for store credit up to 7 days after the delivery date.                                                        
Exchange Process:

   - Include “Exchange” in the subject line.
   - Include the order number (found on invoice).
   - Include item number (found on invoice).     
**All PRE-ORDER items are eligible for exchange(s) OR store credit. 
                                                          
**A-MAE-ZING DEALS, clearance items, jewelry, accessories, shoes, and FINAL Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.                               
 
Damaged / Defective Items:
If you believe you received a damaged or defective item in your order, you must contact DM within 3 days of delivery date. No exceptions.
Please submit the following if you received a damaged or defective item:
   - Take a picture of the item and email it to hello@dianamaes.co
   - Include “Damaged” in the subject line.
   - Include the order number (found on invoice).
   - Include item number (found on invoice).                                                          
     
 
Additional Information:
**We recommend hand washing all items that we carry. Items cannot be returned once they have been worn/washed. No exceptions.
**If a package is lost or stolen, Diana Maes is not responsible for refunding or replacing merchandise.
